Schedule

The design study will run for 10 months starting in January 2023. After five months, a specialist workshop will be held involving external experts and regional stakeholders, at which some initial parameters for the study design will be defined.

The impact study, which is currently expected to take three to five years, will be put out to tender and awarded only after the design study has been completed – that is, probably at the end of 2023/beginning of 2024 at the earliest.
